Myself and my son Ralphie were seen my Miss MacDonald with my concerns after being referred by my doctor. I was explained everything and Miss MacDonald made sure I understood fully and answered any questions I had, I felt listened to regarding all my concerns with Ralphie for the first time since he was born and was made to feel at ease about it all. I am confident and happy knowing that Ralphie is going to get the best care possible. Thankyou!

I felt really confident in her care. She was really understanding and personable. The only issue on the day was the IT as it was a satellite clinic. The IT ran slow so the clinic was very delayed. It would have been helpful if she told people what the delay was so it would have been possible to go for a leg stretch.

Caroline was excellent with my daughter, she explained everything to us very clearly, she answered all our questions fully and made sure that we were happy with everything that happened. Caroline gave us great confidence in her ability to carry out my daughter’s operation and it went very well. I would certainly recommend Caroline to anyone and am very happy that she is responsible for my daughter’s care.

Ms MacDonald had been amazing since the time my son was referred to her. Unfortunately some referral letters went missing, but Ms MacDonald took the time to speak with me on the phone and explain everything to me. Similarly, when the result from the tests ordered were not too positive, she was very supportive and kind whilst I digested the information. She has always communicated in a way I understood and kindly answered any questions I had even after the the initial appointment. I feel that my son is in safe hands.
